Adalah Hendra yang sebelumnya telah sukses mengembangkan bisnis minuman teh, kopi dan ice cream kini mengembangkan bisnis minumannya dengan membuat konsep kemitraan makanan jagung manis dan minuman susu kacang kedelai asli. </p> <p>Ia menawarkan paket kerjasama jagung manis (Revo Corn) dan susu kacang kedelai (Revo Soya) senilai Rp 5,9 juta. Si mitra hanya tinggal mencari lokasi yang cocok dan mencari tenaga penjual.</p> <p>"Yang saya tawarkan adalah konsep makanan dan minuman asli, tapi harga kaki lima," kata Hendra kepada detikFinance beberapa waktu lalu.</p> <p>Jika bergabung si mitra akan mendapatkan paket kemitraan mulai dari booth hingga peralatan produksi dan lain-lain yang semuanya mencapai 30-an item. Selain itu akan ada pelatihan khusus selama satu hari untuk tenaga penjual.</p> <p>Ia menjelaskan dengan paket Rp 5,9 juta si mitra bisa berpeluang balik modal dalam waktu dua bulan dengan catatan paling tidak omset perharinya mencapai Rp 500.000.</p> <p>Sebagai gambaran saja harga satu cup untuk jagung manis Rp 4500-6000 sedangkan minuman susu kacang kedelai dijual Rp 2500-3500. Ia memberikan kebebasan kepada mitranya untuk menjual diharga yang rasional sesuai dengan lokasi dan ongkos sewa tempat.</p> <p>Dikatakan Hendra makanan jagung dan minuman kacang kedelai saat ini sudah menjadi tren masyarakat. Selain bergizi tinggi yaitu mengandung vitamin, karbohidrat, protein dan mineral, makanan-minuman semacam ini cocok untuk lidah semua orang.</p> <p>"Saya juga ada rencana mau kembangkan minuman coklat dan tebu. Pokoknya semua minuman," katanya.</p> <p>Semenjak ia kembangkan dua bulan lalu, jumlah mitra yang sudah bergabung paling tidak sudah mencapai 13 booth untuk Revo Soya dan Revo Corn. Sementara total seluruh jaringan Revo yang ada di Indonesia termasuk produk kopi, teh , dan Ice cream telah mencapai 380 berada di 21 kota di seluruh Indonesia.</p> <p>Hendra menuturkan untuk bisa sukses dibisnis semacam ini selain keuletan. Juga harus memperhitungkan aspek lain misalnya dalam menentukan tenaga penjual, khususnya dalam hal melakukan pengawasan seperti sidak lokasi dan lain-lain.</p> <p>"Saran saya kalau bisa jangan gunakan tenaga kerja dari kerabat, lebih banyak minusnya dari positifnya. Itu saya sudah saya alami sejak awal merintis usaha ini," jelasnya.</p> <p>Masih terkait dengan memilih tenaga penjual, ia menyarankan sebaiknya setiap setoran pendapatan harian sebaiknya sedapat mungkin disetorkan setiap hari oleh tenaga penjual. Hal ini untuk menekan risiko adanya hal-hal yang tak diinginkan.</p> <p>Ada hal yang paling penting yang tak boleh dilupakan oleh si mitra yaitu soal gaji tenaga penjual. Untuk bisa menggenjot omset penjualan, si mitra harus mampu pintar-pintar mensiasati hal semacam ini.</p> <p>Ia menyarankan ada dua opsi yang bisa dipakai oleh mitra yaitu memberikan gaji pokok Rp 400.000 atau Rp 700.000 per bulan bagi tenaga penjual dengan asumsi total gaji yang diterima per bulannya Rp 1 juta.</p> <p>Caranya dengan gaji pokok Rp 400.000, maka tenaga penjual bisa diberikan kesempatan mendapat bonus penjualan per cup Rp 200. Jika sehari mampu menjual 100 cup maka dari bonus itu tenaga penjual bisa mengantongi Rp 600.000 per bulan diluar gaji.</p> <p>Sementara dengan gaji pokok Rp 700.000 per bulan, maka tenaga penjual bisa diberikan bonus per cup hanya Rp 100, atau jika mampu menjual 100 cup perhari bisa terkumpul bonus Rp 300.000 per bulan.</p> <p>"Dengan cara ini sales bisa terus semangat menjual tidak mudah puas," katanya.</p> <p>Untuk urusan memilih lokasi, Hendra menyarankan lokasi kampus menjadi tempat paling bagus untuk menjual produk semacam ini.
